The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam is known for its magnificent collection of paintings by the famous Dutch master Vincent van Gogh. But no matter how popular the museum is, it is constantly looking for ways to boost its revenue with business activities.
To this extent the museum develops and sells merchandise, but also published the "The Van Gogh Museum Edition Collection", the latest generation of 3D reproductions produced in collaboration with Fujifilm.
In addition, the museum sells licences to a.o. Hong Kong entrepreneurs so that they can offer the Van Gogh Museum merchandise to local customers.
On 15 October Willem van Gogh, the great grandson of Vincent van Gogh, will explain how the Van Gogh museum intends to grow their business in Hong Kong and China.
This presentation will be followed by an exclusive tour of the museum's highlights in smaller groups.
