This year, we have the pleasure of welcoming 20 leaders from Hong Kong Business Associations from across Europe. They will join as part of their Annual Europe Forum. We also welcome leaders from Hong Kong Business Associations from Kazakhstan and South Africa.

Bouke van der Weerdt, CTO at Huawei Bouke van der Weerdt is the CTO for Huawei's Digital Power department in the Benelux and Ireland. He is an experienced technical sales professional with a demonstrated history of working at various positions in the Solar Inverter industry. Graduated in 2005 from the Saxion University of Applied Sciences with a specialism in Power Conversion Technology and Energy Distribution Networks, there are few mysteries left for him when it comes to solar inverters and their interactions with the environment, including the grid. In his free time, Bouke is volunteer for the local community's children playground and an enthusiastic amateur astronomer.

Jan Willem Westerink, Director Global Accounts at Kerry Logistics Network Limited Jan Willem Westerink brings over two decades of logistics expertise across Europe and the US to his role as Director of Global Accounts at Kerry, a position he has held since 2020. Residing in Haarlem, the Netherlands, with his wife and two daughters, Jan Willem is deeply committed to integrating sustainability within the logistics sector. He is an active member of the global ESG task force at Kerry, where he plays a key role in crafting and advancing the company's sustainability strategy. His work is driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact—a pursuit increasingly aligned with the demands of Kerry's customers who seek innovative and sustainable logistics solutions to minimize their environmental impact. Jan Willem's leadership is instrumental in navigating the complex landscape of global logistics toward a more sustainable future. | |
Peter van Campen, Director Asia Pacific & Middle East at Rituals Cosmetics After his studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam and the London School of Economics, Peter van Campen spent the last 30 years of his career developing global brands with companies like LVMH and Heineken. Having lived and worked in Europe and Asia for many years, he decided to return to Amsterdam 10 years ago to be part of the leadership of Rituals, which was still in its start-up phase at that time. After 8 years of dedication growing the brand in Europe, Peter is now back in Asia, where he leads the brand development for Rituals across the continent. He currently lives (again) in Hong Kong. | |

Jacquelina Zhou, Manager Sustainability and Circular Economy, KPMG Jacquelina Zhou is a sustainability professional with over 12 years of international experience, spanning both Europe and Asia. She possesses a rich understanding of sustainability challenges and management, owing to her long tenure in the field, which exceeds 7 years. She developed her career in offering sustainability solutions with KPMG and Salesforce after receiving her MBA degree at HEC Paris with a sustainability concentration. She has collaborated with global standard setters and regulations to develop the cutting-edge digital solutions, specifically tailored to address environment, social, and governance (ESG) data challenges. Her solutions aim to meet reporting requirement and bringing transparency. Jacquelina is also adept to help companies and organizations in implementing various corporate programs to advance their sustainability journey. |
