Until recently, he served as Chief Innovation Officer at Huawei Technologies, where he guided clients and partners on digital transformation—focusing on smart-and safe cities, energy transition, e-government, and data-driven services.
Throughout his career he has pioneered key conceptual frameworks—such as the “Universal Framework for Smart City Construction” and “First Safe Then Smart” principle—while driving global roll-outs of ICT and urban-infrastructure initiatives. His thought-leadership spans frequent global speaking engagements, mentorship roles, and advisory board memberships in standardization and non-profit organisations.
